Akridge and National Real Estate Development have announced the first additions to The Stacks, a mixed-use development in Washington D.C.: Launch Workplaces, a flexible office operator, and a new community gym concept by Balance Gym and FLEX.
The Stacks is jointly owned by Akridge, Bridge Investment Group, Blue Coast Capital, and institutional funds managed by National. Its first phase is set to be completed in early 2025 in the growing Buzzard Point neighborhood of D.C.
