Development "Indy Mixed-Use Development Receives Construction Funding from Maverick Commercial Mortgage"

Maverick Commercial Mortgage, Inc. has successfully financed a ground-up construction loan for a developer based in Indianapolis. The loan was finalized within 15 business days after the term sheet was signed. The project will involve the development of a mixed-use building located near Indianapolis, Indiana and will include over 200 multifamily rentals, 23,500 square feet of retail space, and approximately 400 parking spots in both an on-site garage and surface lot.

The Keystone Group from Indianapolis is teaming up with the City of Lawrence Mayor’s Office and Fort Harrison Reuse Authority to bring a $70 million mixed-use development to Lawrence. This five-story project along the popular 56th Street corridor will offer luxury apartments as part of its diverse mix of uses.
