Development Construction Begins on Lincoln Square Mixed-Use Development by Community Builders

The Community Builders (TCB) has closed financing and begun construction on 4715 N. Western Avenue, a mixed-use, mixed-income transit-oriented development in Chicago’s Lincoln Square neighborhood. The six-story building is adjacent to the Western Brown Line station and will include 63 units: 25 studios, 29 one bedrooms, and nine two bedrooms apartments. Additionally, the property will feature 5500 square feet of ground floor commercial space.

Financial support for this project comes from the City of Chicago; CIBC; Stratford Capital Group; Benefit Chicago; Chicago Housing Authority; ComEd Energy Efficiency Program with Leopardo Companies leading construction efforts as well as DesignBridge Ltd serving as architect for the building’s design.

For over 20 years TCB Midwest has been at the forefront of large scale revitalization projects in Chicagoland through their successful development of 2129 residential units with an additional 114 currently under construction..
