CBRE Investment Management, in partnership with Hillwood Investment Properties, has successfully secured a $756 million financing package for Phase I of the Speedway Commerce Center in Fontana. The project, located at 9300 Cherry Ave., is being developed to meet the growing demand for modern logistics properties in the region.
Eastdil Secured facilitated the financing on behalf of CBRE Investment Management. Leasing efforts will be handled by Dan de la Paz, Eloy Covarrubias and Barbara Perrier from CBRE.
Construction has already begun on this highly sought-after development which will offer up to 6.6 million square feet of logistics space upon completion. The first two buildings are expected to be finished by early 2025.
