Construction has begun on the initial phase of Northside at SanTan Village, a development spanning 37,245 square feet and located between Williams Field and Ray roads in Gilbert. Okland Capital and San Tan Development Group are leading the project, with design work by Aline Architecture Concepts.
In addition to the six buildings currently under construction, a Marriott Springhill Suites with 134 rooms will also be built on approximately 10 acres within Northside at SanTan Village. The grand opening for the retail and restaurant buildings is planned for November 2025, while the hotel is expected to open in early 2026.
According to reports from Phoenix Business Journal, there are plans for a future phase that will cover an additional 10 acres of land. Overall, this development represents an investment of over $100 million dollars; with $60-70 million allocated towards this first phase alone.
