Construction has begun on the Eldorado Neighborhood Shops in McKinney by SLX Capital. The 13.7-acre plot is located at the intersection of Eldorado Parkway and Stonebridge Drive.
Several tenants, including Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Chipotle, and Willowbrae Academy have already committed to leasing space in the completed project by early 2026. Along with these confirmed tenants, there will be a variety of retail options available at this $27 million shopping center such as a gym, daycare facility, and multiple restaurants. According to reports from Dallas Business Journal , SLX Capital has also secured a lease with a grocery store for one of their 2.2-acre parcels within the development site. Additionally,a separate parcel measuring 1 .25 acres has been designated for potential use as medical or office space.
DBA Commercial Real Estate is responsible for handling all leasing agreements and pad sales while JAW Architects Inc., XS Construction LLC,and Cross Engineering Consultants are also part of the development team.
