CRG and PCCP have joined forces to develop The Cubes at Alpha, a state-of-the-art industrial park in Alpha, NJ. This Class A facility will span 575,900 square feet and is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2025.

It will consist of two single-side-load buildings: one measuring 270,900 square feet and the other measuring 305,000 square feet. He believes that it has great potential as a top destination for businesses looking to expand their presence in the Northeast.
