Branch Properties, in partnership with Sofran Partners, has recently acquired 9.7 acres of land in Hinesville, Georgia for the development of Flemington Village. This upcoming shopping center will be anchored by Publix Super Markets and is set to open in Q3 2025.
Located at the intersection of East Oglethorpe Highway and Flemington Village Boulevard, this grocery-anchored development will feature a 46,791-square-foot Publix Super Market as well as 11,060 square feet of retail space for restaurants and other retailers. The property will also include a separate out parcel measuring at 1.07 acres.
Flemington Village is strategically situated within the Savannah metropolitan area just over one mile from Fort Stewart – the largest U.S military base on the eastern coast with approximately 8,800 active-duty personnel employed there.
In addition to this project in Hinesville , Branch Properties currently has six other Publix-anchored shopping centers under development across various locations throughout Southeastern United States.
