A joint venture between Continua Developments and Old Capital Partners has commenced construction on a 12-story apartment building in North Miami. The project, known as Urbania NoMi 125st, will be situated on a 1.3-acre site at 1150 N.E. 125th Street and will offer a total of 195 apartments along with approximately
9,500 square feet of commercial space.
Residents can look forward to an array of amenities including a pool deck, media room, social room,
lounge area, yoga lawn,
summer kitchen and indoor/outdoor fitness center.
The general contractor for the project is Jaxi Builders based in Miami while G3 Architects have been tasked with designing the development.
Construction is expected to generate around
600 jobs and reach completion by the third quarter of2026.
According to reports from S.Florida Business Journal,the developer plans to secure funding for the project through First American Bank soon.
In order to make way for this exciting new community,the developers acquired the property at $7.59 million in2022 after demolishing an existing small office building located there previously.
