DD Partners, Peachtree Group, and Woodbine Development Corporation have announced the development of Embassy Suites Gulf Shores. This luxurious resort will offer stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico in the City of Gulf Shores. The estimated cost for this 257-room project is $85 million.
The development and asset management efforts are being led by DD Partners and Woodbine, with operations to be managed by Peachtree upon completion in summer 2025. PFVS is serving as the architect for this eight-story property while Robins & Morton has been chosen as the contractor.
Guests can look forward to spacious all-suite beachfront accommodations at this full-service resort. Other amenities include a lobby bar and restaurant, a rooftop terrace with a bar and grill, pool deck, outdoor entertainment venue; as well as over 13,000 square feet of enclosed meeting space including a grand ballroom spanning over 7,800 square feet. Additionally,the resort will feature a three-story parking garage along with retail space covering an area of approximately 7 ,600 square feet which includes popular coffee chain Starbucks.
