St. John Properties has recently acquired an 82-acre parcel of land in Waldorf, Maryland, marking the beginning of the Berry Pointe mixed-use business community. The development will span over 635,000 square feet and feature single-story commercial office spaces, flexible research and development areas, as well as retail options on five pad sites. Construction for the first phase is set to commence in spring 2025.
