Market Square Cos. and Tenon Property Co. have announced plans to redevelop a former Schlumberger campus into a vibrant mixed-use project called Ashford Yard. The 12.7-acre district, located at the intersection of South Dairy Ashford Road and Briar Forest Drive in Houston, will feature 90,000 square feet of retail space, restaurants, entertainment options, office space and 350 apartments.
