### Developer Duo Acquires Land for SanTan Village Retail Expansion
Kensington Development Partners, in collaboration with IM Properties, has successfully acquired Phase I of a 30-acre infill land parcel in Gilbert, Arizona. The acquired land will be developed into **Signature at SanTan Village**, a premier retail center situated within the vibrant SanTan Village retail, restaurant, and entertainment corridor. Notably, early anchor tenant commitments have already been secured from **Whole Foods Market** and **DICK’S Sporting Goods House of Sport**.
Upon full development of the 30-acre site, **Signature at SanTan Village** will feature approximately **300,000 square feet** of retail, grocery, dining, and entertainment spaces. The development will be situated at the northwest quadrant of Santan Village Parkway and Williams Field Road, directly west of the existing SanTan Village regional mall.
Developed in a joint venture with long-time Arizona landowners and developers **SanTan Development Group**, this ambitious project comes with an estimated cost of **$145 million**.
Construction on **Phase I** of Signature at SanTan Village begins immediately. A future **Phase II** is planned to add an additional **115,000 square feet** of retail and restaurant space to the development.
