Impeccable Development is planning a new mixed-use project near the I-40 and I-85 interchange in Greensboro, North Carolina.

According to the Triad Business Journal, the proposed development will include approximately 200 apartment units situated on roughly 26 acres at the rear of the parcel. The front portion of the 2.9-acre site will be anchored by a 6,139-square-foot Sheetz convenience store, located at the intersection of S. Elm-Eugene Street and Wolfetrail Road.

The project is set to roll out in two phases: the construction of the Sheetz and another commercial building in the first phase, followed by the development of the apartment units in the second phase.

The City of Greensboro has approved both the infrastructure site plan and preliminary subdivision plan. However, the site plan for the Sheetz has not yet received final approval.

The property is currently owned by Mission Properties and DP Development.
