DFW residents are increasingly considering towns located more than 30 minutes away from the main city centers of Dallas and Fort Worth. Leading this trend is Leeds Residential, a company spearheading a new luxury apartment complex in Roanoke. This town, situated approximately 22 miles north of Fort Worth, is also experiencing its own growth with the recent announcement of a 122-acre youth sports complex. The population in Roanoke is rapidly approaching 10,000.
The construction for this project will begin on December 15th and is expected to be completed by October of 2026. Randall Kiespert LLC has been selected as the design firm for this development which carries an estimated cost of $50 million.
Leeds Residential has previously transformed an office site into Bent Tree Flats – a development consisting of183 high-end apartments and over8,500 square feetof retail space – located in Far North Dallas.
