**Holladay Properties Eyes Major Redevelopment of Former Donelson Hospital Site**
Holladay Properties is planning a significant transformation of the former Donelson Hospital site on Lebanon Pike in Nashville. The developer has submitted a rezoning proposal to redevelop the 22-acre property at 3055 Lebanon Pike, which now carries the name Donelson Corporate Center.
The site previously operated as Donelson Hospital, which closed over a decade ago and was later used for office space. It is currently vacant.
If approved, the proposed mixed-use development could feature up to 600 residential units alongside approximately 100,000 square feet of office space. Plans also include 65,000 square feet dedicated to restaurants, retail, and a grocery store—bringing the total development to nearly 1 million square feet.
The rezoning request is scheduled to go before the Metro Planning Department for consideration in September.
