**Holladay Properties Proposes 1 Million-Square-Foot Mixed-Use Redevelopment in Donelson**

Holladay Properties is exploring plans to redevelop the 22-acre site of the former Donelson Hospital, located at 3055 Lebanon Pike in Nashville. The proposed project, known as Donelson Corporate Center, aims to transform the long-vacant property into a vibrant mixed-use development.

Previously home to Donelson Hospital—which shut its doors more than a decade ago—the site was later used as office space but is currently unoccupied. If the company’s rezoning request is approved, the redevelopment could include a combination of residential, commercial and retail uses.

Plans for the project call for up to 600 residential units, 100,000 square feet of office space, and 65,000 square feet dedicated to restaurants, retail, and a grocery store, bringing the total proposed development to nearly 1 million square feet.

The rezoning application is slated for review by the Metro Planning Department this September.
