**Holladay Properties Proposes 1 Million-Square-Foot Mixed-Use Redevelopment at Former Donelson Hospital Site**

Holladay Properties has announced plans to redevelop the 22-acre site at 3055 Lebanon Pike in Nashville, formerly home to Donelson Hospital. The property, now referred to as Donelson Corporate Center, has been vacant for several years after previously serving as office space. The hospital itself closed over a decade ago.

The developer has submitted a rezoning proposal to transform the site into a large-scale mixed-use development that could revitalize the area. The plan envisions up to 600 residential units along with 100,000 square feet of office space. In addition, the project would include 65,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and grocery store space, bringing the total development to nearly 1 million square feet.

If the rezoning request is approved, the future Donelson Corporate Center could feature a vibrant blend of living, shopping, dining, and working spaces, as well as single-family homes. The proposal is expected to go before the Metro Planning Department for review and potential approval in September.
