**Holladay Properties Eyes Major Mixed-Use Redevelopment at Former Donelson Hospital Site**
Holladay Properties is exploring the redevelopment of a 22-acre site on Lebanon Pike in Nashville, formerly home to the long-closed Donelson Hospital. The hospital, located at 3055 Lebanon Pike, shuttered over a decade ago and has more recently been used as office space, though it currently sits vacant. The parcel has been renamed Donelson Corporate Center as part of the redevelopment vision.
The company has submitted a rezoning request aimed at transforming the site into a vibrant mixed-use development. If approved, the project could include a combination of residential units, office space, and retail offerings such as a grocery store, restaurants, and shops.
According to plans, the development would feature up to 600 residential units, 100,000 square feet of office space, and 65,000 square feet dedicated to retail, restaurant, and grocery use—bringing the total square footage of the proposed project close to 1 million square feet.
The rezoning application will go before the Metro Planning Department for review in September.
