Hall Emery and Woodfield Development have announced plans for a new high-rise apartment building in Nashville’s Music Row neighborhood. The project, known as Demonbreun Hill, will feature 333 units and 10,000 square feet of street-level retail.
Located on a prime site facing both 16th Avenue South and Demonbreun Street, the development is part of Hall Emery’s larger 3.4-acre property that was acquired for $56 million last year. This includes popular Music Row establishments such as Tin Roof and Live Oak. Construction on the tower is expected to begin in the third quarter of this year with completion slated for early 2027.
