The former Duke Energy building located in downtown Charlotte is set to undergo a $250 million redevelopment project led by Asana Partners and MRP Realty. The 1970s-era office tower will be demolished in the fall, with construction expected to begin shortly after. The project team, which includes SK&I Architecture, LandDesign, Morris Adjmi Architects and Balfour Beatty, plans on delivering the completed development by the fourth quarter of 2026.
