Developer Discusses Condo Project Near Seahawks Training Center

Bosa Development, a Vancouver-based firm specializing in real estate development, has recently announced plans to revitalize the Lake Washington shoreline in Renton. According to reports from the Puget Sound Business Journal, Bosa envisions a mixed-use waterfront campus featuring 23-story condominium towers with approximately 850 units. This is a significant increase from previous plans for the site which only included six-story residential buildings and 692 units.

The company has been actively engaging with Renton residents to gather feedback on their proposed designs for the project site. “We are still in discussions with community members as we continue to refine our plans,” stated Bursey of Bosa Development when asked about their progress by The Journal. As an established developer in Seattle and surrounding areas such as Bellevue, Bosa’s latest venture near Seahawks’ training center is highly anticipated.
