**Deutsche Bank Provides $22.5M Loan for Rochelle Park Office Refinancing**

Cushman & Wakefield has successfully arranged a $22.5 million loan on behalf of the Bergman Real Estate Group to refinance a prominent office property located at 365 W. Passaic Street in Rochelle Park, New Jersey.

The 218,500-square-foot asset received a five-year, fixed-rate loan from Deutsche Bank, with Cushman & Wakefield’s Brian Anderson and Eddie Miro advising the borrower during the transaction.

“365 West Passaic is a standout office building with a strong tenant mix and an incredible location right across from Garden State Plaza,” said Anderson. “Securing this refinancing was a great team effort, and we’re excited to see the property continue its momentum, especially as demand for high-quality office space in suburban New Jersey continues to grow.”

The five-story building offers a suite of amenities, including a full-height atrium lobby, a full-service café with seating, two elevator banks, and ample surface parking. Its flexible floor plates can accommodate tenant needs ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 square feet.
