According to Dan Gilbert, Chairman and Founder of Bedrock, Cosm Detroit will be only the fourth location in the world for this unique experience. It is expected to draw people from all over to come and immerse themselves in our city’s energy and vibrancy. Construction on Bedrock’s 1.5 million square foot development at Cadillac Square is set to begin in 2025.
