"Details of Ft. Worth Highrise Unveiled by Crescent"

Crescent Real Estate has recently shared additional information about their proposed office building in the Fort Worth Cultural District. The eight-story, 171,500-square-foot development is set to begin construction in November with an estimated cost of $70.4 million and a projected completion date of January 2027. The building will also include a five-story parking garage, with three levels underground and two above.

According to the Dallas Business Journal, Crescent Real Estate announced plans for their second office building in March under the name “Crescent Offices West.” Their first office building, known as Crescent Offices East and spanning 168,000 square feet was opened in 2023 and is currently at approximately 90% occupancy. Both buildings are part of the larger mixed-use development known as Crescent Fort Worth which includes a hotel and luxury residences. One such residence called “Crescent Residences” located at833 Van Cliburn Way opened its doors this past April but was only leased up to around42% by September.

In addition to these developments already underway or completed within the Cultural District area,GFF Design based out of Dallas has been listed as architect for this project.Collectively more than4000 square feet worthof new officespaceis expectedto break ground withinthe next yearinthis bustling district.
