"Details and Renderings of Nashville Tower Project Released by Developer"

New information has been revealed about the highly-anticipated Olive at Peabody Union project in downtown Nashville. The 27-story residential tower, developed by Hensler Development Group, is set to open in April and will be a transformative addition to the city’s skyline.

The development team behind this project includes Hensler Development Group, Stiles Corp., and PGIM Real Estate. Together, they are bringing a 4.6-acre mixed-use development to downtown’s riverfront area that will include a six-story office building along with the apartment tower.

Olive at Peabody Union will offer 354 residential units ranging from 1,179 square feet to 2,585 square feet. Residents can look forward to luxurious amenities such as a speakeasy sky lounge with stunning views of the Cumberland River, as well as a pool and hot tub and fitness center.
