The latest venture from One Thousand Group, Tower 36, has acquired a 1.6-acre site in East Edgewater with the help of financing from Cirrus Real Estate Partners. The transaction was completed for approximately $53 million and includes three parcels located at the intersection of East Edgewater and Miami’s Design District: 3601 Biscayne Blvd, 345 NE 36th Street, and 409 NE 36th Street.

36 project is set to become a dynamic mixed-use development designed by KPF Architects.
This highly anticipated project will feature branded residences along with various commercial and retail spaces. It will also include exclusive amenities such as a private members club,
multiple food and beverage options,a wellness center,and signature rooftop helipadand heli-lounge – similar to those found at One Thousand Group’s renowned One Thousand Museum development.
