Dermody has secured two additional tenants at The Logistics Campus in Glenview, where new leasing activity is expanding the roster of industrial users at the multi-building project. LSL Industries, LLC has committed to 81,225 square feet in Building 4, while S&C Electric Company has leased the entirety of Building 5, a 295,278-square-foot facility, further advancing the campus lease-up.
The Logistics Campus is located in Glenview, Illinois, just north of O’Hare International Airport, in one of Chicago’s most active industrial submarkets. The site offers a central position with access to a range of nearby amenities, supporting logistics and operational needs for regional and national occupiers. Upon full build-out, the development is planned to comprise more than 3.2 million square feet of logistics space across 10 buildings, positioning it as a large-scale industrial hub within the broader Chicago area.
Dermody highlighted the campus’s design and connectivity as key advantages for the new tenants. According to Neal Driscoll, Midwest Region Partner at Dermody, the project features state-of-the-art specifications aimed at enabling efficient occupancy, along with strong access to Interstate 294 and O’Hare International Airport. Those transportation linkages are expected to support the long-term operational and logistics requirements of both LSL Industries and S&C Electric Company.
Multiple brokerage teams were involved in arranging the leases on behalf of the landlord and the tenants. Suzanne Serino, Johnathan Kohn and Christopher Volkert of Colliers represented Dermody in both transactions. LSL Industries was represented by Sam Badger and David Prell of CBRE. S&C Electric Company was represented by a Cushman & Wakefield team that included Sally Macoicz, Matthew Saddler and Christopher Johnke.
The two leases at The Logistics Campus underscore ongoing demand for modern, well-located logistics space in proximity to major transportation infrastructure. As the 10-building industrial project moves toward its planned 3.2 million-square-foot build-out, these commitments add to its tenant base and reflect continued interest from industrial users in the Glenview and O’Hare-area logistics corridor.
