Dermody Properties recently acquired 5685 Industrial Pkwy. for a reported $67.5 million, a 250,111-square-foot logistics facility currently occupied by Dean Warehouse Services, Inc. Colliers’ Mark Zorn and Corey Whitman arranged the sale of the property located in San Bernardino County, California.
Matthew Mexia, Southern California region partner at Dermody Properties commented on their acquisition: “We look forward to working with existing customer Dean Warehouse Services and refreshing aspects of the building to add value to this very functional asset which will compete well with Class A and under-construction projects in the market.” Founded in 1980 by CEO Bradford A. Dean ,Dean Warehouse Services has grown into a large privately held supply chain management firm boasting upwards of two million square feet of space nationwide across its network facilities .
With this purchase Dermody Properties is poised to make upgrades that will benefit both them as well as their tenant ,Dean Warehousing Service .
