Dermody Donates 20,000 SF of Space to Support Chicago’s Toys for Tots
Dermody Properties has announced its continued commitment to the community by participating in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots 2025 program. As part of this year’s initiative, the company is donating 20,000 square feet of space at Building 1 of The Logistics Campus in Glenview, Illinois, to serve as the headquarters for the Chicago-area toy collection and distribution efforts.
“Offering space for this year’s Toys for Tots effort is a simple way we can give back to the Chicago community we care deeply about,” said Neal Driscoll, Midwest Region Partner at Dermody.
Located at 2600 Sanders Road, the facility offers ample room for volunteers and Marines to organize donations from businesses, community groups, and individuals across the region. The space will serve as a central hub for managing the logistics of this annual charitable initiative.
In addition, Chicago Toys for Tots will host a Big Bus Toy Express event at the facility, with participation from Dermody employees, broker partners from Colliers, and representatives from PREMIER Design + Build Group, who will assist on-site to support the cause.
Through this donation, Dermody continues to demonstrate its dedication to community involvement and holiday giving.
