Dermody Properties has recently announced a new partnership with global sustainable packaging provider, WestRock. The company has signed a build-to-suit lease at LogistiCenter at Pleasant Prairie in Wisconsin, where they will establish their Great Lakes regional corrugated operations hub. This move will require over 580,000 square feet of space within the state’s newest rail-served logistics park.
According to Neal Driscoll, Midwest Region Partner at Dermody Properties, this partnership is an ideal fit for the park and they are excited to work closely with WestRock and the Village of Pleasant Prairie on this project. As part of their growing portfolio in the Midwest market, LogistiCenter at Pleasant Prairie is set to become Wisconsin’s only rail-served build-to-suit logistics park.
