**Dermody Completes Phase I of The Logistics Campus, Leases Building to HuFriedyGroup**
Dermody has successfully completed the first phase of construction at The Logistics Campus and has leased Building 3, a 326,278-square-foot logistics facility, to HuFriedyGroup.
Phase I of The Logistics Campus has earned LEED Silver Certification, with four buildings currently available for occupancy, totaling 698,201 square feet. Each building features Class A construction, modern design, and state-of-the-art specifications.
HuFriedyGroup, a global dental instrument manufacturing, infection prevention, and instrument reprocessing company, will occupy the newly completed space.
