Mortenson and joint venture partner Pinnacle Partners have begun work on a prefabricated multifamily project in Denver’s Sun Valley neighborhood. When completed in 2024, the Revival on Platte development will span 234,156 square feet with 200 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment options across eight stories plus two levels of parking. Amenities such as a gym, business center and rooftop deck are also included.

Construction Dive reports that this is part of Pinnacle Partners’ $120 million fund portfolio which includes developments in Nashville TN; Austin TX; and Avondale AZ. Mortenson has chosen to build the entire structure using their cold-formed metal stud steel frame structural system with prefabricated interior & exterior walls supplied by BLUvera – an affiliate panel manufacturer of Mortenson’s – for improved quality & reduced waste due to plug ins for plumbing HVAC & electrical equipment being included within the panels themselves before delivery to site via trucking crane placement thereafter.
