Denver Offices to be Replaced by Apartment Tower

McLaughlin Enterprises is seeking to develop a 12-story apartment building near I-25 in Denver, with plans for a 162-unit project at an estimated cost of $95 million. The proposed site, located at 2424 Alcott St., boasts convenient proximity to Empower Field at Mile High and is currently occupied by a dated office building spanning over 9,100 square feet. Construction is expected to begin in September of 2025 and conclude by September of 2027.
