Denver Mass Timber Office Building Reaches Highest Point of Construction

Co-developers Hines, Ivanhoé Cambridge and McCaffery have ceremonially topped out the T3 RiNo – a six-story, 235,000 square foot timber office building in Denver’s River North Art District (RiNo). This marks a significant milestone toward its completion in late 2023.

Designed by Pickard Chilton Architects and DLR Group with an industrial heavy timber structure to pay homage to Denver’s historic brick and timber buildings; the design is 100% renewable using black spruce for its construction. Amenities include 5,000 square feet of common areas & conferencing center; private outdoor terraces on each floor that integrate outdoors into tenant workspaces; complimentary fitness center for tenants; bike storage for 100 bikes; advanced air filtration meeting industry wellness standards & 17K sqft ground floor retail space.
