Denver Flex-Industrial Park: Las Vegas Developer Building $80M

Las Vegas-based LaPour Partners is investing $80 million in a three-building, 359,800-square-foot flex industrial park project on 29 acres east of Wadsworth Parkway in Broomfield. According to the Denver Business Journal, the development – known as Arista 36 – aims to attract tenants from biomedical and technology industries as well as research and development firms, light manufacturing companies and warehousing operations.

The Arista 36 project consists of two large buildings (133,600 square feet and 150,600 square feet) with dozens of dock doors that share a 185 foot truck courtyard. Additionally there will be a 75 600 sq ft building with an emphasis on receiving maximum electrical power; 48 electric vehicle charging stations are planned along with 4 000 amps delivered at two buildings.

LaPour Partners plans to break ground on the site in September 2021 for completion by 2025 when Stream Realty Partners will recruit tenants for leasing opportunities within the warehouses.
