Denver Developer Proposes Two Matching 39-Story Towers

A Canada-based developer, Amacon, is proposing two matching 39-story towers in Denver. The project would include 611 fee-simple condos and a 96-room hotel with 731 parking spaces and 12,730 square feet of ground floor retail. In addition to the lobby for the hotel on levels three through eight, there will be 282 condo units on those same floors as well as 329 more units from level nine up to level 39. Amenities such as a pool deck will be located on the ninth floor for both towers which offer studio, one-, two-, and three bedroom options. Davis Partnership Architects are providing architectural services for this development which needs an adjacent parcel secured before proceeding along with other approvals from local authorities.
