Denver-Area RV Resort: Biker Bar Owner Planning Grand Opening

Dirty Dogs Roadhouse owners in Golden, Colorado are planning a $60 million RV community called Westside Resort. Located just north of the off-road racing park Thunder Valley Park, the 36 acre property will serve as a base camp for outdoor enthusiasts to take day trips into the mountains.

According to Denver Business Journal reports, 256 RV suites with full hookups for water, sewer, electric and cable will be built onsite. Some of these sites will also feature covered outdoor kitchens. Additionally 400-500 square foot permanent casitas or rental cabins with their own kitchens and bedrooms are planned to accommodate visitors seeking longer stays at Westside Resort. An approximately 25000 square foot clubhouse featuring restaurant services; retail space; event facilities; and business conference space is also part of this development plan along with hot tubs; fire pits; open spaces for recreation activities among other amenities available for guests’ enjoyment .
Groundbreaking is expected within six to eight months from now .
