Denver-Area RV Resort: Biker Bar Owner Planning Grand Opening

Dirty Dogs Roadhouse owners are planning a $60 million RV community, Westside Resort, on 36 acres just north of the off-road racing park Thunder Valley Park. The resort will serve as a base camp for outdoor enthusiasts to take day trips into the mountains. According to Denver Business Journal reports, 256 RV suites with full hookups for water, sewer electric and cable are planned along with permanent casitas – rental cabins – approximately 400 to 500 square feet in size that include their own kitchens and bedrooms. An approximately 25,000-square-foot clubhouse featuring restaurant space plus retail outlets and event/business conference spaces is also part of this project’s plan; amenities such as hot tubs fire pits and open space recreation areas will be available for guests’ enjoyment. Groundbreaking is expected within 6-8 months from now.
