This expansive property was originally acquired by the Perot family back in 1987 and boasts Pilot Knob as its most prominent feature. As the highest point within Denton city limits,Pilot Knob holds significant geological and ecological value,making it an iconic landmark for Indigenous peoples,pioneers,and cattle drives alike – hence,the name “Landmark” for this project.
