Deloitte has announced plans to relocate its Boston office to Millennium Partners’ new Winthrop Center tower in downtown Boston, according to the Boston Business Journal. The firm is set to sign a lease for approximately 138,000 square feet, making it the largest office deal signed in Boston this year and the largest lease agreement at Winthrop Center. Deloitte expects their move-in date for fall 2024 and will be leaving their current location on Berkeley Street where they have been based for nearly 25 years.
The relocation will see Deloitte join other tenants such as Cambridge Associates, McKinsey & Co., Income Research and Management, and ECG Management Consultants; with Cambridge Associates being scheduled as first among these businesses with a move next week.
