"Del Frisco Extends Lease at Roc Center for 20 Years"

Rockefeller Group has recently announced that Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse has renewed its lease for an additional 20 years at 1221 Avenue of Americas in Rockefeller Center. The renowned steakhouse, which first opened its doors in the building back in 1998, will now continue to operate until at least 2045. This prime location spans over a generous area of approximately 25,246 square feet and is situated above the building’s privately owned public plaza which underwent a $50 million renovation project in the year of 2022.

According to Bill Edwards, executive vice president and head of Core Holdings for Rockefeller Group: “Del Frisco’s is widely recognized as one of America’s top steakhouses and it has firmly established itself as an iconic institution within New York City – becoming a staple within Manhattan’s culinary scene.” He further added: “We are delighted to have extended our partnership with Del Frisco’s at our prestigious property located on Avenue Of The Americas (1221). We look forward to continuing this collaboration while offering tenants, visitors and members from the wider community access to this exceptional dining experience for many more years ahead.”
