Skender has recently begun construction on Deerfield Supportive Living, a new project located at 1101 Lake Cook Road in Deerfield, Illinois. The development will consist of a four-story building spanning 105,000 square feet and offering supportive senior housing.
Developed by Celadon Partners and designed by Assemble Design Workshop as the architect and SAS Architects & Planners as interior designers, the building will feature 147 affordable apartments for seniors. Skender is serving as the general contractor for this project.
The expected completion date for this development is mid-2026. It is also seeking certification from Enterprise Green Communities Building to ensure it aligns with environmentally friendly practices in affordable housing investments.
