Four Seasons and Extell Development Company have announced plans to construct a resort and residential complex in Deer Valley East Village, located near Park City, Utah. The project will be situated just a short distance from Salt Lake City.
The new Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Deer Valley will offer 134 guest rooms and suites, as well as 123 one- to six-bedroom private residences. These fully serviced homes range in size from 1,200 to 7,000 square feet. Additionally, there will be an adjacent building with 68 owner-exclusive units ranging from one to five bedrooms. These units will also have access to exclusive amenities for residents only. The design work for the project is being led by ODA Architecture.
Deer Valley’s new East Village expansion aims to provide enhanced slopeside access for skiers along with a state-of-the-art skier services facility. It will also feature new retail offerings and culinary experiences for guests’ enjoyment as well as après venues.
