Westwood Financial, a prominent retail real estate investment firm based in Los Angeles with over 50 years of experience, has announced that CEO Mark Bratt will retire at the end of 2024. Bratt has held the position since January 2019.

International law firm BCLP is expanding its team by adding partner Marty Taylor to their Real Estate Finance group. He will be joining their Irvine office with more than thirty years’ worth of experience representing financial institutions , companies ,and other parties involved with syndicated or single-bank financing transactions . His focus includes syndications , mezzanine lending restructuring/bankruptcy matters where he excels at navigating complex deals involving distressed assets or workouts .

The Kleinfelder Group Inc., an engineering design/construction management/environmental professional services firm promoted Victor Auvinen to Executive Vice President (EVP) & Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Chris King was also promoted from EVP & West Division Director; now leading Kleinfelder’s west division . In this newly created position CRO Auvinen – who previously served as west division director –will oversee all revenue-generating activities aimed toward driving sustainable growth/profitability for the organization while King joined SD-based Kleinfelder back when it was founded during ’15 .
