CBRE has appointed Dean Hunt as the new executive managing director and market leader for its Los Angeles North Region business. In this role, he will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic direction while providing day-to-day leadership across all property types for CBRE’s Glendale, Woodland Hills, and Oxnard/Ventura offices.
Hunt brings over 23 years of experience in commercial real estate to his new position. He has held various leadership roles within CBRE’s Pacific Region and most recently served as the executive managing director of Advisory Services in Victoria, Australia – one of the company’s largest markets in the region.
