DCC Allocates $22M for Purchase and Renovation of Two West Village Buildings

Jamestown Properties has secured a $22 million loan for the acquisition and renovation of two properties located at 801-803 Greenwich Street in New York City’s West Village. Derby Copeland Capital, an investment platform specializing in opportunistic debt financing and equity investments, provided the funding.

The buildings consist of 803 Greenwich Street, a 5,880-square-foot mixed-use structure; and 801 Greenwich Street which is six stories tall with 11,496 square feet of space. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller while Walker & Dunlop assisted Jamestown Properties with securing financing for this transaction.

This $22M loan will be used to buy and renovate two West Village buildings located at 801 -803 Greenwich street in NYC by Jamestown Properties with assistance from Derby Copeland Capital as well as representation from Cushman & Wakefield (seller) and Walker & Dunlop (purchaser).
