Texas-based brokerage Whitebox Real Estate has expanded its operations to Washington, DC with a new office in the East End submarket. Located at 1200 G Street Northwest, this move is part of their goal to establish seven markets over the next seven years. President Grant Pruitt stated that “DC is a natural progression from Texas because it’s a strong East Coast market and hub with many diverse industries.”
Whitebox specializes in tenant representation and will focus on serving industrial and office clients in the area. Ben Crancer, formerly an associate vice president for Whitebox’s Dallas location, will be leading this new venture into DC.
