Horvath & Tremblay, a real estate brokerage firm based in Massachusetts, has announced the addition of Dennis Cravedi and Christian Barreiro as senior vice presidents. The firm is expanding its presence in the D.C. Metro area by launching a new office in Bethesda, Maryland.
With 18 years of combined experience investing in multifamily assets across the D.C Metropolitan Area market, Cravedi and Barreiro bring expertise to Horvath & Tremblay’s portfolio including properties with condo conversion potentials, distressed assets and bankruptcy sales among other specialties . “Christian and I are excited about this opportunity to join Horvath & Tremblay,” said Cravedi “and build upon our extensive experience.” The new office will be their second location for Horvath & Tremblay within the DC-Metro region .
The expansion into Bethesda marks an important milestone for Boston-based investment sales brokerage as they continue to grow their presence throughout Washington D.C..
