DAZN, a global sports streaming service, has signed a long-term lease for the entire 14th floor of SJP Properties’ 470 Park Ave. South in New York City. The terms of the lease were not disclosed.
According to Grant Sprigings, head of property and facilities at DAZN Group, “We are thrilled to be moving our U.S. corporate office to such an exceptional location like 470 Park Avenue.” After considering multiple options for their new office space, DAZN ultimately chose this property due its prime location and top-notch amenities. The modern high-end office space also features an outdoor terrace that will allow DAZN to host partner events throughout the year.
The deal was brokered by Nicholas Farmakis and John A. Johnson Jr., representing DAZN through Savills; while SJP Properties was represented by CBRE’s team including vice chairmen Paul J.Amrich and Neil V.King III, senior vice president James Ackerson,and senior associate Josh Pernice.
This move marks another milestone for Connect CRE as they continue their expansion into the U.S market with this relocation announcement from sports streamer giant,Dazn.
